Returns & Exchange
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you wish to exchange you may do that within 3 days, You are liable for the exchange of your order once the product has been delivered already to you. Products should be returned to us in a saleable condition to process an exchange.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
We always strive to have your goods delivered in perfect condition, if you do receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us on email@example.com and we will try to put this right as quickly as possible.
All faulty or damaged goods need to be reported to us within 24 hours receipt of goods.
To return your product, you should mail your product to our office address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund depending on the condition of the returned package.
If refund is approved, then your refund will be processed to you within a certain amount of days as will be communicated to you.
