Returns & Exchange

If you wish to cancel prior to delivery please inform us as early as possible, however if the order has already been processed it may not be possible to cancel delivery. If you wish to exchange you may do that within 3 days, You are liable for the exchange of your order once the product has been delivered already to you. Products should be returned to us in a saleable condition to process an exchange.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

We always strive to have your goods delivered in perfect condition, if you do receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us at Wallpaper Pavillion and we will try to put this right as quickly as possible.

All faulty or damaged goods need to be reported to us within 3days.
